It’s an edible seaweed. It has a rich source of calcium and vitamins also. High in protein, iron(necessary for red blood cells and prevention of anemia), magnesium(needed for muscle relaxation and contraction), iodine(necessary for proper functioning of the thyroid gland), sodium, chromium, zinc, phosphorus, potassium, and dietary fiber. Vitamin A, K, C, E are also found in this seaweed. Its filled with nutrients.
